All marine activities of DOEIL are the responsibility of Dolphin Offshore Shipping Ltd. (DOSL)

The Company is registered under the Companies Act 1956 and has its registered office at 1001, Raheja Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021.The ownership and Management of the Company changed with effect from 1st September 2006 and the company is now a wholly owned subsidiary of DOEIL

DOSL currently provides the following services:

• Offshore vessels and tugs for operations in port and Mumbai high
• Supply of materials and manpower for ongoing offshore projects by company hired vessels
• Logistic support to DOEIL chartered vessels

To cater to DOEIL's Projects and other client requirement marine logistics has been set up in DOSL which gives marine spread cover to clients. Every season 10 to 15 workboats/ OSVs/ Tugs/ Barges are on charter with DOEIL for this purpose.
