MUT Pipeline Project
Awarded in 2004, this project was executed for ONGC. DOEIL, in consortium with Keltech worked as subcontractor to Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. The Rs. 552 lacs job entailed Onshore Fabrication of piping and structures like PLEMs, Laterals, SSIV cages etc, Load out and Sea Fastening of the structures and piping. Fabrication of two riser guards for MNW and BCPA platforms was also needed.
This work was carried out at Vinayaga Marine Petro Ltd's yard, where substantial fabrication work of structures was done. The total weight of such fabrication was 1058 MT, making it a breakthrough in the area of onshore fabrication. This is a breakthrough that DOEIL is very proud of.
