Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received an LOI for Structural Modification work at unmanned platforms in MH for deployment of Modular rig on turn key basis by M/s.
Instrumentation Ltd. The value of the said LOI is Rs 106,01,18,000.00 (Rupees One Hundred and Six Crores One Lac Eighteen Thousand Only). The completion date of this contract is May 28, 2011 and this contract will commence shortly.
