DOEIL Board recommends Bonus Issue & Dividend

DOEIL has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2009, inter alia, has recommended issue of bonus shares for the approval of the Shareholders in the proportion of 2 new equity shares for every 5 equity shares held as on the record date to be determined by the Board of Directors and also recommended 30% dividend for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
