The Company's essentially operates out of Mumbai (formerly known as Bombay), and its satellite city, Navi Mumbai where its offices and workshops are located. These offices and workshops cater to the requirements of the offshore fields on the West Coast of India. The Company also has a representative offices in New Delhi. Site offices are set up as and when required for the control and co-ordination of the Company's project at different locations.

The management of the Company is vested in its Board of Directors, who have the overall responsibility for the affairs of the Company. The Board of Directors comprise nine directors, three of whom are executive directors. The Directors are:
