Diving Support Services for DP DSV Toisa Paladin
Awarded in 2009, this project is being executed for ONGC, with DOEIL working
as subcontractor to Leighton Contractors (India) Pvt. Ltd. The Rs. 836.52
lacs job is for the provision of Diving Support Services on board the
Dynamically Positioned Diving Support Vessel (DPDSV) , Toisa Paladin.
These are required for Pipeline Free Span & Crossing Installation
for the Pipeline Replacement Project II of ONGC.
The DPDSV hired by Leighton is already equipped with a Saturation Diving
System and so DOEIL's scope of work is limited to the provision of Sat
and Air Diving Support Services. Our scope of work also includes inspection
of the existing Saturation System and assessment of the Diving Consumables
onboard. Further we will ensure provision of additional Diving Consumables,
Personal Gear for Divers, Downstream gear from the Bell Panel, spares
required for maintenance and insurance cover for all equipment and personnel
deployed by DOEIL.
