Dolphin Offshore Board to consider Interim Dividend
Kindly refer to our letter dated October 12, 2009 regarding the Board meeting to be held on October 30, 2009 to approve and take on record interalia the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of Second Quarter ended on September 30, 2009. In this connection, we would like to intimate you that the Board will also consider declaration of interim dividend at the said meeting.
